Terms of delivery

The general terms and conditions of the vinylos.om online-shop are always valid.
 
1. Who is your contracting party
 
Your purchase contract is concluded with the "seller"

exclusive distributor of Carlos Vinylos products.

The purchase contract is governed by german law.

2. Terms of delivey and payment

Online-orders by customers that are non german residents are payable by paypal or creditcard only.

Transport costs and Insurance

The purchased goods travel on buyers risk.
 
Minimum order amount
No minimum. In case you agree upon the calculated transport costs, we will send you the goods desired, no matter the order amount.
 
Do you live in the EU ?
In this case, you would have to pay the German VAT, which amounts to 16% at the moment (2006). If you are an owner of a company within the EU and have a valid VAT-number, please give the number in the online-orderform order by fax.
 
Do you live outside the EU ?
In this case, the German VAT is automatically deducted by the online shop system be invoiced.

Returns
We prefer to Exchange items that do not fit rather than have products simply Returned. · Customers wishing to Exchange or Return merchandise should first e-mail and discuss alternative solutions (i.e., replacing just a sweater or just a trouser if something is wrong with a set). Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days - just return your items in the original package along with your receipt and return to the address above "Attention: Returns". Your refund will be processed less any shipping charges within 7 business days. We are not responsible for return shipments which do not reach our return department. Please handle the product with care and use safe packaging; we are not responsible for return shipments which do not reach our return department in good condition.

Cancelation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placedo our online-shop, you must do so IN WRITING, by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee your order will be canceled after 24 hours. If your item has already been sent or is in process from another location, you may decline to accept the order when delivered, however, you will still be charged for all shipping charges when the item is returned.

 
3. Liability

Our liability is for the quality of the material only. We do not guarantie that the product can be used for a special purpose or in a special way.
We are not liable for any extensive use or missuse of the product. An instruction leavelet comes with every product. Read the instructions carefully and follow direction accordingly. If the leavlet is missing do not use the product. Ask us to send a new leavlet. The seller, its owners affiliates, employees and distributors will not be responsible for any negligent acts by the end user.

4. Privacy policy

We NEVER share or sell any personal, mail or phone information with any other companies. All information is for the exclusive use of the seller and is kept private at all times
